# Availability

Availability answers one question: when can bookings happen? Wiblo layers three tools so the answer stays accurate without constant upkeep.

## Weekly schedule

Your regular pattern: which days you work and the hours on each day. Most businesses set this once and rarely touch it. Schedules can be shared by the whole workspace or belong to a specific team member.

## Date overrides

Exceptions for specific dates: a longer Saturday before a holiday, a short day for training. An override replaces the weekly pattern for that date only.

## Time away

Holidays and out-of-office periods block bookings entirely for their duration. Existing bookings are not touched; Wiblo just stops offering new slots in the window.

> **The calendar always wins**
>
> Slots offered to clients come from all three layers combined, minus existing bookings. If something looks unavailable, check the layers in order: time away first, then overrides, then the weekly schedule.
