# Services and pricing

A service is anything a client can book: a class, a treatment, a consultation, a session. Wiblo needs three things to make it bookable.

| Field | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Name | What clients see when they book |
| Duration | How much calendar time a booking takes |
| Price | What the service costs |

Beyond the basics you can group services with tags, attach them to specific team members, and archive services you no longer offer. Archived services keep their booking history but stop being bookable.

## Tips

- Start with your most-booked services and add the long tail later.
- Duration drives the calendar: if a service needs cleanup or travel time, build it into the duration rather than remembering to leave gaps.
- Archive rather than delete: history stays intact and the service can come back any time.
