# Clients

Every booking in Wiblo belongs to a client, so your client list builds itself as bookings come in. A client record holds contact details and the full history of their bookings: what they booked, when, and how it went.

## What this gives you

- **No double entry.** A client created during booking is the same record you see in your client list.
- **History that answers questions.** When a client asks about their last visit, the answer is on their record.
- **A safe list.** Clients are yours: they live in your workspace and are never shared across businesses.

More client tools are on the way as the CRM side of Wiblo grows. The model stays the same: one client record per person, everything attached to it.
