# Team

Your workspace is built for more than one pair of hands. Team management lives in your workspace settings.

## Members and roles

Every member has a role that controls what they can do. Owners manage the workspace itself; other roles cover the day-to-day without the keys to everything. Roles can be changed at any time by someone with permission to manage the team.

## Invitations

Invite people by email or with an invite link. An invitation is a standing offer: it can be resent, its link rotated, or revoked entirely until the moment it is accepted. When someone accepts, they join with the role the invitation carried.

## Leaving and archiving

People are archived, not deleted. An archived member loses access immediately, but everything they did stays attributed to them, and they can be restored later if they come back.
